Hi, I’m Diana! I’m committed to guiding individuals on their unique paths to healing. With extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma-related disorders, I bring deep expertise and empathy to every session. I’ve seen firsthand how compassionate and holistic care can lead to profound personal growth and healing, addressing every aspect of well-being.
Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my practice. I am dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore your inner world, confront and understand your thoughts, fears, beliefs, and negative patterns. Together, we will identify and overcome the barriers preventing you from living the life you deserve.

Personal Story & Philosophy
I believe that we all struggle at some point in our lives, I certainly did. For several years, I struggled with severe anxiety, low self-esteem and burn out. I found myself desperate for external validation and the approval of others. I was people pleasing and I had no boundaries for the fear of being rejected.
Once, I began my own therapy journey and began to learn how to look within and address my unresolved painful and traumatizing life experiences, I started feeling better. Once I truly accepted and understood my old patterns, I was then able to build new healthier behaviours that created a genuine sense of healing and self-worth. That’s when everything shifted, and my passion for this work emerged, new people came into my life, my practice grew and my life changed for the better.
I believe that you can heal from your pain – because I did. I had to learn how to see the truth under the pain and today, I have the privilege of teaching others how to do the same.
